Meet Maria Gutierrez

Maria is a dedicated full-time realtor with Team 3000 realty. She is a seasoned professional with more than 22 years experience in Real Estate, she has helped numerous Spanish speaking new resident families attain their dream of owning a home. She speaks Spanish fluently, she is a long distance runner and has completed several marathons and half marathons, she continually ranks at the top of her age group. Maria is an active agent in East Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westmnister, Vancouver West, and Downtown Vancouver. She holds a Bachelor of Education degree and spent 10 years teaching High School in BC, prior to fulfilling her dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent. She enjoys volunteering at GF Strong, Main Health Unit and as a Senior's Fitness instructor. Maria is originally from Chile, and has lived in Vancouver for over 30 years. She is a Spanish and English speaking realtor.
