Meet Chris Kozaryn

My passion with Real Estate began when I purchased my first investment at the age of 23. I have since bought and sold many of my own properties, which gives me a great understanding of the market from the buyer, the seller and investor perspective. I have been actively involved in the real estate market ever since I became a realtor in 2010.

With prior experience running an IT consulting firm, my professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to detail are apparent in all aspects of my business.

I enjoy playing and coaching soccer, snowboarding, weight lifting and spending time with my family, when I’m not working. As a part time venture, I enjoy trading/HODLing and mining crypto currencies. ;)

I have resided in downtown Vancouver for the last decade and have comprehensive knowledge of the Yaletown, Downtown, Coal Harbour and West Side housing & condominium markets.
