My extensive background, experience and credentials over the years has earned me a position of specialization in residential and investment real estate. Having lived here since 1975, I have witnessed the transition of the Greater Vancouver area into one of the most beautiful and influential places in the world to live in. There's no better time to be a part of our land's incredible mosaic.
I graduated from UBC with a degree in Economics and then worked for Statistics Canada. I got my Real Estate licence in 1989 to pursue a full time career in real estate where I could draw from my own experience - past, present and ongoing - and put it to use to help others achieve their personal or investment goals. These past years has been truly rewarding and I am still in touch with many of my clients. During this period, I upgraded my licence to Associate Broker level, a value added benefit to those I work with.
I have built my own home and have solid proficiency in the construction and contractual process from a homeowner's and home buyer's perspective in both resale and new construction. I also have a strong knowledge base on strata properties having held the position of Treasurer on the Strata Council of a 100 unit townhouse complex.
