Meet Melanie Orban

        My name is Melanie Orban and I was born in Romania, in beautiful Transilvania

        Having spent the last 19 years working in pre-sale & resale residential projects and construction I am very excited to bring my extensive sales and negotiation skills into helping you to make the best decision when buying or selling your home. I attribute my business success to building solid relationships based on trust, in-depth understanding of customer needs, commitment to detail and delivering results.

       My Bachelor Degree in Psychology equipped me with the tools needed in the dynamic process of buying and selling, and also helped me to develop excellent listening skills, empathy and a deep understanding of business relationships. This shaped me into the person I am today: result-oriented, caring and organized.

       I am passionate about working with people and I value the relationships I developed over the years.
