 Andrew obtained his real estate license in Vancouver, BC in 1995. He added a property management designation level in 1999 and a managing broker’s license in 2000. Andrew has owned and operated successful real estate brokerages for over 15 years.

 Andrew’s specialty has been investment real estate and project marketing since 1994 with cumulative sales of over $900 million CDN.

Andrew has created and continues to provide a turnkey approach and program to make it easy for real estate investors to own positive cash flowing investment properties at a distance without the hassles or worries about operations, upkeep and management.

 His motto is “simplifying real estate investing for you” and his clients notice this in everything he does as he is revered for delivering well beyond traditional services and his clients’ expectations.  Andrew has personally and strategically invested in individually titled single and multi-family properties across Canada and Hawaii for over 26 years. Andrew invests as often as he can in the same projects that he offers his clients.

 Before real estate, Andrew managed a large retail/institutional business. With his background in accounting, he received an accolade for his investigative work on a major account that saved his employer over $600K on a single transaction.

 Amongst the causes he supports, the two closest to his heart are the Sarah McLachlan School of Music and Worldvision, where he sponsors children and has volunteered abroad teaching English.

 As a leading educator, Andrew has taught key concepts of real estate investing to thousands in Canada and the US.
