Meet Wendy Tracey

Wendy Tracey I have been involved in many facets of real estate investment and development since 1979 and have knowledge of the development permit and rezoning process. My background includes 11 years employment in the financial services industry where I worked for a few years as a sub-mortgage broker. I became a licensed realtor in 2002 and practise in the areas of residential, commercial, investment and multi-family properties. On a personal level, I have owned and been actively involved in the management of three apartment buildings and a small retail strip mall in Canada. As a member of a BC Limited Partnership, I was a director/president in the development of a 26 unit townhouse project. I also have experience in the Arizona, USA market and currently own 64 doors there including two apartment buildings, a controlling interest of a condominium strata complex and a 28 unit townhouse project that is partially built at the present time.
