Garry was born in Chandigarh, India, but migrated to Canada with his family at the age of two. Growing up in Burnaby, Garry attended Buckingham Elementary School and then proceeded to Cariboo Hill Secondary School where he excelled academically and found his love for playing sports. Garry played competitive sports including basketball, rugby, and volleyball throughout high school and continues to play today for leisure. He continued his education at Simon Fraser University, and graduated with honours with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree. Throughout his academic career, Garry worked for many world-class organizations like Future Shop, Apple Canada, and Translink. His strong customer service skills along with his ability to really understand the needs of his customers led him into Real Estate.

Garry acquired his real estate license from the Sauder School of Business and began his journey as a Realtor. When asked, what is it that he enjoys the most in Real Estate, he claims, “ I love to learn. I love to learn about different structures and buildings as well as the people I work with. I’ve been able to meet some amazing individuals and create some outstanding relationships along the way. As a bonus, I get to view some of the most astounding properties the Greater Vancouver area has to offer”.

Garry loves working with first time home buyers, he is always determined to ensure their first purchase of Real Estate is one they will love and will meet all his their needs and desires. He takes great pride in his ability to listen and understand his clients needs, which has allowed him to continuously achieve both his clients’ goals and expectations. Garry’s strong business background in sales and business administration make him a highly skilled negotiator in Real Estate transaction.
